Solutions by HYPERICE - Prevent: ACL Injury
Solutions by HYPERICE is designed specifically to help educate our customers, trainers, fitness experts, pro athletes, and the general public on “how” and "why” we warm up, train, treat and recover.

The SECOND video in our new "Solutions" Series, highlights preventative measures that can be taken to help avoid the dreaded ACL Injury.
"ACL Injuries are on the rise.... Most ACL injuries happen during the deceleration phase of movement. Unfortunately most people train to create power, speed, strength, etc, so you have combative forces right out of the gates there.
Firstly we want to inhibit and turn off over-active muscles. From that stand point forward we want to stretch the tight muscle so we increase flexibility to the joint and then we want to activate muscles on the opposing side that will help stabilise that joint, within the appropriate range of motion.
We then tie all of that together with functional exercise."
